Return & Exchange Policy

7-day return window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility conditions

• The product must be unused, uninstalled and in its original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals and the original invoice must be included.
• Used, installed, damaged or incomplete products are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
• Air conditioners and appliances that have been installed may only be returned when a verified manufacturing defect applies.

Incorrect or defective products

If you receive the wrong product or a product with a verified manufacturing defect, we will arrange the return or exchange at no delivery cost to you. Warranty terms may apply after installation or use.

Change-of-mind returns

When an eligible return is requested because the customer changed their mind, the customer is responsible for the return transportation cost.

How to request a return

Contact us before returning any product. Provide the invoice, product model, reason for return and clear photos when relevant. Approved items may be collected or returned to our location in Khaldeh, Lebanon, as arranged with our team.

Inspection and refund

Returns are inspected before approval. Once approved, the refund or exchange is arranged with the customer using the applicable payment method. Original delivery is free; return transportation charges apply only to eligible change-of-mind returns.
